Nature is powerful in its ability to find new avenues of success. It evolves through resilience, yet it is also tender, sensitive, and vulnerable. It needs protection. Your Sacral Center is the presence of this life-force within you. It is located a few finger widths below your navel, in the abdominal region of your body. It communicates with you through its responses to people, situations, and events. Its responses clarify where you stand and how you can move forward from there.

As a Sacral Authority Generator, these Sacral communications are the core of your Personal Authority. They reveal how you feel and what your preferences are. Even though there may be strong feelings involved, this process of Response is not a complicated emotional process. Sacral responses tend to be immediate and decisive.

The Generator Strategy arises out of paying special attention to these responses. The Sacral has its own way of communicating with you, from very subtle messages, to very intense attractions, all the way to deep revulsion. Within this spectrum of response, it is important to perceive a deeper sense of how you really feel inside.

To feel these responses, you need to be present in the energy and willing to listen. This process involves tapping into your inner wisdom, which often manifests as guttural sounds like “Ah-ha” or “Uh-uh” which can translate into a visceral “yes” or “no” response. This means not only physically but also mentally and emotionally attuning yourself to your inner truth.

This exploration can be challenging, as it requires you to set aside preconceived notions and external pressures — to truly tune in to your authentic responses. This approach to decision-making places a significant emphasis on self-awareness. It’s about recognizing and honoring your visceral responses as a valid indicator in your life’s journey. Whether these responses are a clear “yes,” a definitive “no,” or even somewhere in between, they are integral in guiding your choices and actions in a way that aligns with your true self.

In truth, you are where you are in your process, and you can only move from that point to evolve. Embracing this method of Sacral decision-making can lead to more authentic and fulfilling life choices, as you’re basing your decisions on what resonates deeply with your core being.

At first, you may not want to listen to these messages. They may be inconvenient or may cause social tensions, but your life-force communicates its perspective. It either will move toward something or away from it, whether it is a person, a group, some event, or circumstance. The Sacral sees what people, projects, or circumstances will require in practical terms – moment by moment.

Before long, you soon discover that Sacral responses: “Ah-ha, yes,” or “Uh-uh, no.”        are not only a message to you but also a decision. To put it simply, the Sacral Center has already decided what you will do, and it is letting you know that it is pulling you in a specific direction.

Spending time in nature around growing plants, by the ocean, mountains, or a stream can give you a way to reset your Sacral Response. Inner silence can help you to reset your Sacral Center discernment to its baseline. It is like tuning an instrument, as you notice these contrasting energies and commit to where you stand within the contrast.

Taking time for internal resets gives you a feeling of solidarity with yourself. Your responses will clarify for you and become more precise. With practice, you can even return to this clarity of energy and decision in the midst of crowds and social pressures. You rightfully relate your responses to this baseline of inner integrity, and it can become a central element of your self-care.

Every Generator feels their Responses in their own way. They can originate as simple gut feelings indicating “yes” or “no,” but they can also expand to full-body sensations about what to do. They embody attractive or repelling forces, “Go forward” or “Step back, do not connect!” These responses can be subtle or very intense, but they stand on their own – they do not need to be justified or explained. As you pay closer attention to them, it can make a very big difference in your life.

Your Sacral Center sorts through your responses energetically and decides which way to move. As a Generator, your personal Authority is rooted in this visceral sensitivity and its natural movements through the push and pull of the world. Your Sacral Center thinks in an entirely different way than your mind. It is focused on energy, and on what this energy feels like and where it is likely to take you.

With your cooperation, the Sacral Center guides you through practical realities rather than through thoughts. Your Responses have an uncanny way of knowing how relationships or opportunities will work out. Your responses are immediate and decisive. To be truly aware of them, you will, to begin with, need to remind yourself to continually be present within the energy itself.

Even though your responses are a powerful force, they can also speak with a tender voice, reflecting the Sacral’s feelings for living things and how they develop. They are often about how to cultivate life and how to foster its flourishing. With time, you can learn how to hold your fierce power and your gentle caring at the same time.

Fundamentally, Sacral responses always assert their convictions about the sacredness of life. Whether intense or subtle, your responses reveal what you want and what you don’t want. At first, it is important to acknowledge them as an on or off switch: what you will do, or what you will not do. It is important to feel their power to set boundaries in no uncertain terms.

Responses provide a stream of reliable information encoded in the energy itself. Your responses guard your integrity as they move you down the path of life. As a Generator, you are immersed in this flow of energy. It is not just information, it moves you within its flow. With time, you can learn to read their nuances, how your Sacral Center prioritizes what is most important and what is less important.

Your responses are connected to your need for full consultation and consent in all that you do. What violates your sense of life and wholeness becomes ever more obvious and your consent becomes ever more important. As you become more committed to your responses in some social situations, it can get awkward. You may realize that something you previously thought was a good idea, now repels you. Perhaps, you were being swept along by being nice and agreeing in order to avoid conflict. Things you previously accepted as ok are suddenly not ok, and you need to take a stand. Being honest and communicating your preferences is an important part of how you move forward as a Generator. With time, you realize that your responses move you forward and you can face the consequences. Being aware of your responses sets boundaries, draws you back to your real nature inside, but they also open you up to new possibilities.

Your real responses may contradict impressions you have given others. Your friends and family may be dismayed at this shift. These changes have to do with your deepest feelings. Your friends are likely to respect your honesty in the long run, but initially, your responses may shock others. It is important to maintain communication throughout these changes. Entering into conversation can bring new information.

Facing your responses and their implications can require very real honesty with yourself and a challenging refinement of your relations with others. This is how we evolve. This is about your own personal feelings, but suddenly you are making changes in the world. This is a delicate process, but if your need for consent is not met, your Sacral Center will object with an “Uh-uh, No!” There is really no getting around this. When you tune into your responses, no matter how inconvenient, you are on the path of your Generator Power.

As you get in touch with your truth and begin to express your needs, most will stop and listen. They will respect your honesty and move to protect you. Your responses reorient you to what is most important for you and keep you away from energies which go against your very nature. The sooner you align with your need for respect, the better.

Your Sacral Center is navigating through life and when you are truthful there will be consequences. Rather than backing down, it is better to seek support. Be wise. Reach out for support. Please handle the process of speaking your truth sensitively; being kind does not mean hiding your truth. It means taking care of yourself, so you can also help others. Being truthful always raises the stakes.

Soon, you will see your Sacral energy already modulating your relationships, determining how close you will be with some people and how far away you need to be from others. Doing this early may help you avoid conflict. As mysterious as these navigational abilities are, cooperating with them is a great relief; you are cooperating with the powers of creation.

Responding brings a sense of inner peace and valuing of yourself. When you become accustomed to operating according to this internal guidance, your movements gain timing and tact. With time, the reasons for these decisions reveal themselves and you may wonder, “How did I know that?” This is a fundamental goal of Generator Strategy, to learn to draw upon resources beyond the reach of the mind.

When you attune your awareness and learn to cooperate with your body-intelligence, you increasingly feel the assuredness of these Sacral moments. It’s about movement and momentum. As a Generator, you can sense the changing magnetism and how energy moves you forward with a sense of your life purpose.

New kinds of relationships begin to show up in your life, and ongoing relationships can deepen. These are relationships that uplift you and feed the integrity of your inner life. Noticing these people and responding to them directly is perhaps the most important aspect of your Generator Strategy. As you notice these connections, your Sacral Center will weave them into a central position in your movement forward. It is not a matter of seeking out these relationships, they appear. You are part of your life-stream when you follow it, step by step, response by response. This points out a fundamental principle, that you are built to connect with the life-force as it is reflected in your courage to live as yourself.

Completing Projects
The ability to finish a project is exceedingly important to a Generator. When you receive the confirmation of your Sacral Response, it assesses whether you can follow a commitment all the way through to its conclusion. If the Sacral says no, it does not matter how much the mind likes an opportunity, the Generator will not be able to complete a commitment. The response gives a deeper sense and subtle information about what a commitment involves from beginning to end. Generators are energy people, and the urge to act is always present. However, even if the good reasons to go ahead are present, but the impulse to engage isn’t really there, the task will begin to seem endless and without reward and the endings can be harsh. As completion approaches, reality can seem like trying to accelerate a speck of dust to the speed of light; it seems to take all the energy in the universe. Burnout is close at hand. The message is clear: the Sacral Center has its own sacred reserves, and you as a Generator will learn to protect these reservoirs of energy that are never meant to be spent.

The Alignment of the Sacral Center with Individuality
There are overriding considerations in the Sacral Center’s inner life. The Sacral Center has a particularly strong affinity for the most vulnerable of people. It also holds an unwavering commitment to protecting the uniqueness and creative potential of each individual. Recent genetic research affirms that every human birth carries at least 100 mutations into our species for renewal and reorientation through a constant stream of unique individuals. These changes amalgamate over time and produce waves of entirely new kinds of people with every generation. Evolution is proceeding much more rapidly than we may have realized. Each person needs to make their unique contributions.

The Sacral Center is attuned to this process in a profound way. As parents and friends we can see these challenges in others, especially our children and recall these challenges in our own history. Young people may feel like an entirely different kind of person, and it is overwhelmingly important that they experiment to find their limits. Teens bring new forces into our social realm in often uncomfortable ways. As “the mutant”, they go forth into the Solar Plexus as their “field of dreams.” There, they experience their hormonal drives and intense emotions, inevitably learning to mature the hard way. But, they do not arrive at the same place the previous generation considers normal. This is how new possibilities and radical change can enter our social and political lives.

The Sacral Center knows that mutation is a much deeper phenomenon than social experimentation. Every individual must have their chance to make significant contributions to the group goals of our species. These contributions draw upon the deepest level of individual creativity and require that the individual must first of all stay alive and be self-empowered. Mutations have been severely mistreated in most cultures until the recent past.

The Sacral Center, being rooted in the life process itself, is keenly aware of mutation, and the benefits and potential risks involved. In other words, the implementation of mutative potential is an ongoing process in each person’s life. The mutant being is the most vulnerable of all life forms. As an unusually adaptive species, we are uniquely open to this process.  A feeling for this phenomenon gives deeper meaning to the Sacral Center’s commitments, and the qualities of its responses, as they are involved with the power and vulnerability, which can be so shockingly surreal and true.  The Sacral Center strives not only to protect them but also to empower them through the fierceness of the life force combined with tender nurturance.

This is the deeper secret of the Sacral Response. It is why being true to yourself can get awkward. We are all aware of how fierce our responses can be to protect children and how fierce Generators can be in defending our own individual consent. As conservative as the Sacral Center may seem to be, it is also the origin of a long chain of radical changes and social transformations.

Making one’s own contributions to the evolution of our species is about our fundamental creativity. In human terms, creativity involves great sensitivity, deep melancholy, and an overwhelming sense of being the odd person out that needs to be heard. The Sacral Center understands these tensions and risks intrinsically and thus responds to support one’s self and others, with all of its power. Witnessing this process and the heroism of this process is inspiring and cathartic on the deepest level.

In the body-graph, the Sacral Center occupies a crucial position in the Central Column, just above the Root Center. The Sacral Center plays a critical role in regulating the push of adrenaline from below. The Root Center may say, “Hurry up, go, go, go” and  then alternate to “Yikes, no, slow down, stop!” This “push-me, pull-me” phenomenon driven by adrenaline creates stress. The Sacral Center has the extraordinary power to regulate this pressure, changing its pace so life can flourish.

The channels connecting the Root to the Sacral Center, are called Format Channels; they control the flow of energy throughout the entire body-graph. They regulate how much we will remain focused on what we are engaged with and how quickly we will move on to the next cycle of experiences and cycle of development, and thus, support the quality of life for every individual. The Sacral controls these energies and sets a pace commensurate with life’s ability to flourish. The central channel of these three small channels between the Root and Sacral Center, propels the power of mutation in our species.

The Root holds forth the genetic limitations of our past and pressures the Sacral Center to break them into the smallest possible constituents and to reassemble them into a new order incorporating mutative changes. These changes form the possibilities of the future and the breakthroughs enacted in our social relations, our perception of reality and incorporate the physical changes in our organism. This whole process bestows the power to start life over again from an entirely new perspective.  These kinds of changes are the very basis of Individuality and originality, springing forth to birth a new society and a new world.

Such a changes can be very difficult at the beginning of every human life, but as the new order is established and the chaos settles, the combined energy of Root and Sacral can now rise up through the Central Column to fully empower the individual. It goes first to the G-Center and empowers the fate encapsulated in the Magnetic Monopole. Then it moves further up to empower higher self-roles that express in the Throat Center. These forces push up to awaken us to higher principles, and as the “creative role model” to exhibit our unique contribution to our species, first simply as ourselves, and then to lead through empathy, setting an example and educating others. This is the secret of the Central Column, to empower the individual to go their own way with such surprising results.

Emotional Generated Authority
In an Emotional Authority Generator, the Solar Plexus immediately takes up the process of evaluating the situation and the issues involved in it. It then goes through its process of working through the feelings and attending to the evolving processes concerned. Once it is clear about the progress and the potential evolution involved, it decides to continue with the situation or relationship if it shows promise for further development or not.

If that potential for development has drawn to a close and is complete, the Solar Plexus will decide to move on. Its decision is based solely upon the potential for further evolution and not upon the difficulties involved in dissolving a relationship, however it needs to be clear about that process as well.

When the decision is made, the Sacral Center can then respond to this decision and either to maintain the connection or disengage from it. The decisive action of the Sacral can be quite a relief.

In this sense, the Sacral confirms and supports the decisions and conclusions of the Solar Plexus— as the Authority of the Design.

The responses of the Sacral Center are swept up into the emotional wave of the Solar Plexus. As the Authority of the Design shifts to the Solar Plexus, you have a more complicated and nuanced Authority. It involves patience and developmental process. The crisp punch of the immediate “yes or no” of the Sacral Response is transformed into a process-oriented Authority that works through time to reach clarity. Because the ability to master this Authority is based on maturity, its early stages are filled with chaos and risky behaviors that challenge authority figures and often shock them into protest or silence. The issue is whether a person is willing to grow and help relationships work, which means to learn how to communicate beyond usual human limitations.

The Sacral Center is filled with energy and wants to convert that energy into action. In its relationship with the Solar Plexus, the Sacral Center needs to learn restraint. Perhaps, the path is to learn to celebrate small victories, since emotional progress and personal development take time. The Sacral wants to see progress. The Solar Plexus has immense power to encompass the whole process and to strive for conflict resolution.

This ability to go through cycles of development stems from learning how to deal with the emotional waves of hope and disappointment. As long as the Sacral sees progress, learning, and development through the successive waves of hope, disappointment, learning, and continued dedication to the process, the Sacral Center will be satisfied. If progress stops, and ensuing experience does not produce learning and growth, both Sacral and Solar Plexus will eventually move on. These two energetic Centers have to work it out together, and thus discover the real nature of intimacy.

As the Authority Center, the Solar Plexus simply requires greater communication and a willingness to consciously participate in self-transformation. It is this consent that both the Sacral and Solar Plexus Centers look for in this relationship. Relationships inevitably involve conflict and those who can achieve conflict resolution through more skillful communication can help them succeed.  Recognition of these facts, directly within the fabric of our own lives is an initiation moment — a time when we want to see the larger picture and see how we can contribute. To the extent that an Emotional Authority has developed patience with themselves, learning to be generous with their time so that they can reach clarity and continue to evolve, they can extend this generosity to others. Essentially, it wants to know whether a person can or is willing to develop and is able to fulfill the needs of the relationship. It looks for signs of progress in both themselves and others. True reconciliation can come about even when there seems to be no apparent solution to a conundrum that life presents.

The trials of the emotional wave of hope and despair make this eventual leap of consciousness inevitable. Its purpose is to teach us to transcend our limitations. The Solar Plexus finds a way through crisis in a way no other Center can. It becomes the Authority in nearly every partnership and certainly in every organization. Everyone is wise to learn its ways. From the Solar Plexus perspective, the basis of a decision is contingent on a person’s emotional growth over time, and the sure signs of its capacity to select the way through rather than regression to previous behaviors that increase conflict rather than resolve it. The Solar Plexus requires that a Generator be able to deal with their hopes and disappointments.

Only when a situation is stagnating or there is outright resistance to change may the Solar Plexus decide to leave a relationship. The most direct route is to acknowledge that the Solar Plexus has great powers of persistence and having faith in the continuation of the wave to bring about catharsis and thus growth. The Sacral Center can learn restraint and humility to welcome a new birth either physical or spiritual. This is testimony to the power of the Solar Plexus to encompass all of the limitations of our human nature and to see a process all the way through to completion. It may help a little to realize that the future of our species rests in being able to make these transitions, but that is not the determining factor in an ending. If the partner or associates are unwilling to change or resistance is persistent, the cycles of growth will cease, and both Sacral and Solar Plexus will move on.

The Manifesting Generator
The Manifesting Generator is a significant subtype of the Generator Design. In these designs, one or more of the four Motors are connected to the Throat Center, along with Sacral Center Definition. The archetypal Manifesting Generator channel is the channel of Charisma, which refers to the power of the Generator to stand up for the sanctity of life itself. The combination of Sacral energy with Manifesting energy reaching the Throat form an extremely powerful combination, every example of which follows this archetypical commitment to life and the support of unique individuals which is essential in every generation.

Manifesting Generators are known for their remarkable capacity for work and their influence; they often play a pivotal role in driving progress and accomplishing daily tasks. It is of paramount importance that all of their work is in alignment with the life force and is sustainable in the interest of the environment and individuals that need their assistance and protection. 

This whole Design gives a sense of unlimited energy. Its immense potential  necessitates careful management through the Strategy of Response, particularly because Sacral Definition is largely what drives you. The reality is that no one has unlimited energy. For Manifesting Generators with Solar Plexus Definition, the emotional process of reaching mature responses is particularly important in this context. It is one of the characteristics of civilization that it creates as many problems as it solves. Clearly, there is a lot of activity that needs correction after the fact.

The Sacral Center is always responding and moving toward what it wants –  to convert energy into action. With your Design, all of the components for productive enterprise are on board. You are always in motion.

In your Manifesting Generator Design, the impulse to take action is exceedingly swift, driven primarily by Sacral Energy and it is essential to remain connected with your Sacral Response. But in the world of action, one might ask, where is the time to do that? It is your Strategy to make the time to not get ahead of yourself. In a world that values accomplishment above all else, and status, power and praise are similarly connected, this is easier said than done. 

It is important for every Generator, and especially for the Manifesting Generator to complete what they begin. Having the chance to follow the process all the way through to its completion is essential to find satisfaction. The secret to this satisfying completion resides deep within the responsive mechanism of the Sacral Center. Your responses let you know, from the very beginning, whether completion is possible. For the Manifesting Generator, this consideration is essential beyond measure, because otherwise the world of accomplishment can become a pitched battle where everything is at risk. 

It is a mystery how the Sacral Center can feel the whole energy of a project all the way from its beginning. This is a mystery well worth investigating.Your Sacral Center can feel whether the premise of the whole project is solid. It can scope out whether the right people are on board and whether the procedure is likely to be solid. It is all about whether enough of the right qualities are present right from the beginning. The key word is quality. If there’s a pitched battle it’s actually between “good ideas that appeal to the intellect” and a solid Response from day one. The right qualities are present or they are not.

The Sacral is like a form of ultra-sound that detects the very substance of where people are coming from. Response is always engaged in a game of “tug of war” between these deeper perceptions and the illusions involved in a sales pitch, even if the sales pitch is coming from your own mind.

It is your Strategy to remember that even though you have an abundance of energy, it is not infinite. Manifesting Generators in particular should take note of their Sacral’s abilities, for you can get engaged and committed more rapidly than you might imagine – almost at the speed of light – and then it is too late to pull back for deeper considerations. Whatever constitutes success or completion in your world is entirely up to you and is based on your preferences, but whatever your standard is, it must be met.

It is not just whether something gets done; it’s also about the quality of life along the way, which ends up mattering the most. What will you need to go through to get something completed? This harkens back to the fact that your Response always stems from the quality of life itself. Anyone who has tried to patch up a flawed project on the fly, knows what I mean. The Strategy of Responses either maintains the rhythmic qualities of life, or oops, you skipped over it.

The fact is that responses take place within an array of possibilities everyday. Not all  responses are equal, even if they sound equal by external standards. It is a matter of selecting the ones that will be able to reach completion, which you can sort out from your responses.

When you discern and select between responses, you are on solid ground as a Manifesting Generator. Considering the swiftness of The Manifesting Generator decision-making process, this deeper discernment is crucial – even while in motion. 

Conversely, something might not seem as promising intellectually, but might – on a deeper level – be just what you need for reward and satisfaction. This is simply a matter of listening to responses more carefully and not jumping ahead of your Sacral Center – and the route it wants to take. Oddly, it is your own response you might be looking for.

If you, as a Manifesting Generator have experienced running from one aspect of a project to another, managing multiple moving parts and trying desperately to hold it all together, you know what this means. You may have already decided not to be consumed to this degree again – that feeling of your being a slave to what you have set in motion – but then it happens again!  “How can I escape?” There is no blame in learning by trial and error, so these cautionary notes might be unnecessary.

Your Sacral responses can maintain a state of personal wellbeing, by engaging the best kind of work. If you are in the midst of chaos and overwhelm, you can restore your quality of life in the same way. It might be much more complicated to extricate yourself from an exhausting involvement than to enter the right connection to begin with, but the effort to simplify and prioritize is worthwhile.

In short, Generators hate to quit, but this can often happen in large or small ways. The power of persistence, which resides in the Sacral Power, is only available if consulted to begin with. The fact is, the Sacral that has not given its consent will withdraw inconveniently at unpredictable times. This is a hard fact. Suddenly you feel burned out or exhausted, even when you know that you could do more, but you just don’t want to. By contrast, when you are fully on board, you will feel it deeply, and you will complete what you have begun. It is not really about success or failure, it’s still about the quality of life itself.

It’s the quality of your effort that opens the door to full satisfaction. If you are a Manifesting Generator, this effort may be more massive than anyone else can imagine.  The simple message is that it is much easier to say no to “a good idea” at the beginning than to extricate yourself from something that is robbing you of your very life. This is what the Power of Response can tell you. 

With Emotional, Solar Plexus Authority. the quality of life issues for the Manifesting Generator only get more pronounced. To slow down to reach emotional clarity is essential. The quality of your communications comes to the fore and affects the satisfaction you can achieve through good hard work.

Your Sacral response always gives you a preview of how relationships might unfold, but the Solar Plexus adds another layer of discernment to the process.  Each emotional wave will either open a pathway to more learning and development for you and your companions, or it will present new challenges.

Responses tell you whether the risks involved, ( there are always risks)  will shred your quality of life along the way, or throw yourself and/or others into crisis? Will you end up wishing you and others could be more open and communicative, when it is obvious that the situation wasn’t founded upon that concern. Your life can become something you are trying to escape from. This can happen to anyone, but it is particularly shocking for someone who felt they had unlimited energy.  Only your response can turn the key to rhythmic completion and charismatic action.

The Solar Plexus strives to open gateways to further progress through communication so your response can find new ways of moving forward by improving your relationships. This can happen even amidst the pressure of work and managing large projects, though the pressures involved can tear things apart if these needs were not part of the agreements at the beginning. For the Emotional Authority in a Manifesting Generator requires a check on emotional maturity of everyone involved, which might take more time at the beginning but is probably well worth that effort and minor delay.

If communication stops, the Solar Plexus can force withdrawal amidst the most fervent objections. The Sacral will confirm this withdrawal by withdrawing its energy, even with massive projects at stake. Making the need for evolving communications within any project and a confirmation that others comprehend your conditions in this regard are essential. With this perspective, it is largely best to accept projects after you get to know the people involved and assess their character and psychological development before diving in.
