G-Center - long version

Location – a brief overview visual location:
The G-Center is at the very Center of the body-graph. It is also a model of symmetry as its gates form a perfect octagonal shape within the whole of the Human Design Zodiac.

What is implied by its location and position within the body-graph:
The G-Center, located at the very center of the bodygraph, embodies  the centering force of human beings as they reveal their essences. Its yellow hue resonates with that of the Head Center at the apex of the bodygraph, signifying this Center’s special bond with cosmic forces and optimal outcomes. The diamond shape of the G-Center is unique among the array of Centers in the bodygraph; it mirrors, in its shape, a symbolic composite of the Head and Ajna Centers. This emblematic relationship suggests that the Head and Ajna, despite their contrasting functions, create a cohesive whole through their synergistic and cooperative communication throughout life.

The G-Center’s role in centering emerges from an initiation into the mysteries of life and an ensuing expansion of consciousness. This dynamic underscores the valor of distinctive personhood , often characterized dramatically as ‘the mutant’, representing the most vulnerable aspect of an individual that transforms into the courageous hero with the capacity to offer unique contributions to society. Thus, the G-Center orchestrates each individual’s journey toward enlightenment, fostering the emergence of distinct and unique people centered in their own truth.

The eight gates of the G-Center divide the Zodiac Wheel into eight equal parts, serving as the “lead gates” of the Human Design Zodiac, sometimes referred to as the eight houses of the I’Ching. The slide illustrating this reveals their profound symmetry and significance within the bodygraph.

The division of the Zodiac into eight sections occurs because of the changing of the third line of the hexagrams within their sequence around the wheel. This process refers to the third line’s experimental nature, where it exercises its power of evolution to explore possibilities and to learn through adventure. It also pertains to forming bonds with the inherent risk of breaking them in the pursuit of improved communications. Finally, it symbolizes the three phases of the emotional wave: its beginning, middle, and end, which facilitate learning, maturation, and character development.

Furthermore, the G-Center represents the Sacred Geometry of human experience and illustrates the potential for living Higher-Self roles and embarking on the path of heroism as a Reformer. This path is not sensational but is based on the courage to live as one’s true self and to speak one’s truth, to find true love and direction.

Its timing and mode of operation?
The G-Center exists in the eternal now. It holds the key to Higher-Self roles, beginning with empathic listening and culminating in the ability to lead others to discover their unique contributions. It operates on the principle that the outcome of any single life depends on the individual’s behavior in relationships and their response to the lessons that life reveals. The G-Center functions on a timescale relative to the process of individual evolution. One may be aware of higher-self roles, but fulfilling them requires time, additional knowledge, and experience. Therefore, this Center operates through patience and observation to guide individuals through maturation and character development.

What are the most important things to know to be in touch with this center?
Each person has their own way of fulfilling their life purpose and finding liberation from internalized oppression and misunderstandings. The G-center  centers us within the process at hand, all the while in touch with what it really is —a link to higher dimensional guidance, which requires surrender and cooperation. For this reason, the G-Center is accessible to everyone, as they accept who and what they are, as well as their ability to progress and adopt more functional attitudes toward growth and development. Said in another way, to grow and open one’s self, you need to first show up as yourself in the here and now.

The guidance of this Center is subtle for self and others. To begin cooperation, one must accept where you are on the path, which can be shocking and humbling, as well as exhilarating, because as soon as you accept yourself, you begin the process of further evolution immediately. The G-Center represents the central concerns of being human, but not in an abstract way. Each person’s life path has its own twists and turns, yet within this seeming maze, there are ways to find the path of least resistance within one’s own life, and it is the role of the G-Center to guide this process.

What kind of information does it process?
The G-Center helps process the dross of life with its complications and delusions, always with the ability and intention to help each person find the thread of their own direction, in the process of self actualization. Self-actualization is a fundamental and dependable aspect of the human psyche, and therefore does not need to be added by any external means. It is inborn, and when the ego is ready to surrender to the guidance of the G-Center, it becomes the solid foundation upon which the G-Center’s guidance can build. The G-Center is fundamentally based on the process of deep initiation and the transmutation of the illusions of self into will-power reborn and empowered upon education.

In the critical partnership between the G-Center and Ego willpower, the Ego’s primary role is to offer unwavering support and dedication. This is the beginning of the process of Initiation and the death and rebirth of the Ego Center on its way towards becoming the Heart Center. The G-Center contributes elevation, dignity, education, and guidance to an individual’s life. In this capacity, it gently and expertly leads an individual’s identity and willpower through the transformative journey of self-discovery, including the phases of inner exploration, transformation, and radical renewal.

This may appear to be an unequal exchange, but the G-Center both desires and requires the willing commitment of one’s willpower to engage in self-exploration, which it alone can do to experience the profound concepts of illumination and personal growth firsthand. This may seem to be an uneven bargain, but the G-Center needs and requires the willing dedication of the willpower to self-explore and discover firsthand what illumination and growth mean to the humbled soul who has reached the end of their current illusions and who is ready to be reborn.

What are its perspectives, priorities and issues?
The G-Center’s perspective is that every human life is unique and needs to be empowered. When having found the path to its own empowerment, it becomes a model example of this process and stands as a symbol of this potential in all people. Thus, it is an undeniable example to others of what being truly centered brings to an individual life. It is the Center of the entire body-graph and provides an example and purpose not only to its own Authority but to the purpose of all Authorities — to find the most exalted roles that a person can play in any given life. The G-Center views each person in terms of how they fit into the whole through their own love and direction. It says, “We each are migrating to our own place within a greater whole, where each of us contributes, and finds meaning for our lives.”

Life produces billions of unique variations and pathways to truth. The G-Center, as it appears in each person, stands as a singular example of the uniqueness of the person him or herself. Within the complexity of life, it sees the most direct path to fulfillment for each variation.  It stands not as a general message but rather as a way for each person to find their truth in their own way. With a special kind of effort, it is patient without distractions, delusions, and delays. This perspective is based upon the realization that each individual must master their own fate and they are the only ones who can. It is also important in speaking about this process, that we not use overblown or flowery language because this process is humbling, and involves an arduous path of self-transformation, which involves a symbolic death and resurrection.

The Center Narration: Synthesis of the above questions and answers:
The G-Center is conspicuously situated in the very Center of the Body-graph. It has a unique diamond shape, symbolizing its function to balance and organize the forces coming from all directions. The G-Center shares its bright yellow color with the Head Center and supports its idealism. The G-Center is an organizing, symmetrical force within the whole Human Design Zodiac. The placements of the hexagram numbers mark the beginning and end-points in the phases of how a human life develops over time to fulfill its purpose. Thus the circle around the bodygraph is a symbol of a structured energy, centering the path of a human life from birth to death and a process of evolution that seems to transcend life itself.

The G-Center balances the pressure of mental expectations from above and the pressure of events and relationships rising up from below. It is the role of the G-Center to bring these pressures into the service of an empowered life-purpose. It also gives perspective to the energetic exchange, left and right, in the conversation between the Spleen and the Solar Plexus, wisdom and innocent evolution, the past and the future. The G-Center maintains the center itself. It assists each person to awaken to higher principles within its own behavior. The goal of this Higher-Self Center is to empower each person to make their own creative contribution to group and global goals, even within the simplest actions and personal breakthroughs.

The limited mind needs to surrender its sense of control and to trust the body’s ability to live in the world. The symmetry and stability of the G-Center is where this crucial trust can be grounded, giving the mind space to develop necessary trust in the very process of living. The G-Center holds the key to the passageway where each person can find their own clarity and live their own truth, in their own time, based upon their own expanding consciousness.  It is an internal friend that provides empathy for our struggles and our inner dialog. Finally, once fully centered, the G-Center leads the individual out into the world to enact reconciliations and an ability to go beyond its self-interest.

In this era, the G-Center is directly accessible to you through contemplation, and you can cultivate these self-supporting qualities as a foundation for your further progress.

At birth, the new infant’s connection to the world is implanted by the Ajna Center into the G-Center, where it now develops into a magnetic force of attraction. People rush into the new born’s aura to fulfill its need for nurturing, relationship and karmic resolution. Thus, destiny unfolds on the stage of life. Parents appear, along with their cultural expectations; other relatives, friends and neighbors introduce the inevitable social expectations that are part of every life. It takes seconds for these circumstances to develop. Everyone rushes in to partake in the unconditional loving of the infant, not realizing they are imprinting their expectations and conditions upon its innocence. On some level, everyone knows that they are overwhelming the purity and innocence before them, yet they seem powerless to stop.

The G-Center has the capacity to meet the enormity of these moments and all of the moments that follow. These events set the stage where, eventually, each person must cross the bridge to initiation and expanded consciousness, either by choice and self-discipline or through shocking events that drive self-interest and personal helplessness against the wall toward surrender. No one can control how and when initiation will happen, but preparing early is always the path of least resistance. We may suddenly lose track of this inherent empowerment for critical seconds––hence the baby’s sudden cry about the injustices of the world. Moment by moment, we may regain or lose this precious memory of personal empowerment, but the G-Center always remains as the central nexus point for our recovery.

The G-Center is a master of non-interfering-listening in order that another person can make their own progress in their own way. It knows that each person is the only one who can fathom what is going on for them. It has the keys for you to solve your own problems if you take the time to find them. We have this G-Center inside that is really good at helping us to find our direction. There are also others in the world who know how to listen. It is the inherent quality of the G-Center to recognize these people and to gravitate toward them. These are the people who recognize uniqueness and are not foolish enough to think they have answers for your life. The “magic” is that we can receive this kind of non-interference as the love it clearly is, and we can return it. Thus, we can say one more time, that the G-Center is the matrix of functional behavior, the awakening and commitment to higher principles that lift our raw survival to the next octave of existence.

A terse Synopsis of the The G-Center Narrative:
The G-Center Strategy is to be centered in its own empowerment and its own convictions, to hold its higher principles, while guiding and being patient for others to recognize their own path to liberation. Each person has a front-row seat to their own process, and only they can find healing, yet the G-Center plays a critical role in supporting and uplifting this process.

The G-Center is the archetype of helping non-interference, offering internal respect, at every turn, for the process of becoming yourself. Thus, the G-Center is the central access point for our deeper self-respect and grounded sense of our own value and life purpose, upon which our individual life-path rests. It supports our struggle to awaken to super-powers within each of us. It draws out the active forces within each individual’s Personal Authority to empathize with self and others, to be an example of yourself through the fundamental strategy of being truthful. It holds the following lesson central to our personal struggle: “The truth hurts, but only for a moment, whereas hiding your truth, will hurt you and others as long as one keeps up the pretense.” Thus, the G-Center leads us to be brave as an act of compassion.

The details of this path become detailed beyond measure through understanding the Human Design Zodiac and how it is pertinent and relevant to your struggle in specific ways. The G-Center guides you in this process. Over the years, at unsuspecting moments, you will understand yourself or some aspect of your destiny as a breathtaking revelation, like a gentle breeze on the surface of a lake. The process is endless but ultimately worthwhile, because each incident guides you to your transcendent place within the whole.
