Dare to read out loud to supportive friends, even to rehearse what you have written, and in this way to hear your own voice trace the path of your internal learning process.

For our group, it is a delight to hear your voices and the deep wisdom they contain. In the coming weeks, we are extending our study into the Structure of your Design to learn more about how it makes all important decisions, while you evolve through your experiences. In this way, we will make a seamless transition into this new realm in our studies.

Please feel free to openly explore the very real struggle involved in Strategy, which is the action you take to explore your Design in your own way. We will each discover the precious logic hidden within the cryptic statements you hear about the “Strategy of your Type.” Don’t be afraid to have an argument with the rules your mind would like to make of these “instructions” about your strategy, as you dig deeper to find the kernel of logic and truth inside. Of course a deeper part of you rebels, determined to find your own way, for yourself. How did you feel when someone first told you about your Strategy? How has this changed since then?

Find your own words for how your Strategy works in your case – uniquely, while you gradually discover its logic in unmistakable ways. Your full spectrum of reactions are fair game. This is a conversation between different parts of self and so much can be revealed in this discourse. Your passion to evolve is the most important part.
