The Ajna Center is an Awareness that is under pressure from the idealized expectations of the Head. The Ajna, in turn, connects the Head Center’s intentions with the evolutionary forces of nature and trial-and-error learning to select, as nature does, what works best.

The Ajna is the only Center with its own unique color, Green, which symbolizes its special role and mysterious awareness. The green color stands for the living systems of the Earth and how we possess an indescribably deep connection with our home planet. It links your life-path with nature’s communications, nutrient systems, and the genetic connections between all living things.

The Ajna Center balances the wisdom of the past – the Splenic Center – and the possibilities of the future – the Solar Plexus. Now, we see that it weaves your very personal aspirations into the communication systems of the Earth, nature, and history, connecting you to other people, circumstances, and the events that require your decisions.

The Ajna sees the world in a practical way, where ideals need to leave the realm of mental projections and become actions. The Ajna makes these connections, and then you are on your own, with all the possible actions you might take and the attitudes you hold at the time.

This linking process happens very, very early in life, during gestation. From this deep, unconscious networking, the Ajna compiles a packet of compressed information, which drops into the G-Center to land at Gate 2 at the moment of birth. Gate 2 is the most receptive of all hexagrams, a magnetic force that switches on to draw in all the people, events, and circumstances that you will need to engage. This is what Ra Uru Hu called the Magnetic Monopole, which holds us together in the illusion of our separateness and empowers our love and direction throughout life.
